RUNNERS’ DAY is back for its third year with a weekend of workshops and running-related activities to help you achieve your running goals. This year’s RUNNERS’ DAY incorporates clinics and more practical sessions for a great workshop experience. The highlight of Runners’ Day is the return of the ChiRunning® Course held in Singapore for the second time. ChiRunning® combines the inner focus and flow of T'ai Chi with the power and energy of running to create a revolutionary running form and philosophy that takes the pounding, pain, and potential damage out of the sport of running.
