  • An Introduction to ChiRunning®

    ChiRunning combines the inner focus and flow of T’ai Chi with running to create a revolutionary running form that takes the pounding, pain and potential damage out of the sport of running. The ChiRunning program increases mental clarity, focus, and enhances the joy of running.

    Most runners are able to identify their running injury. However, few know how to treat and cope with them. Awareness of one’s physical abilities and limitations from the onset can help any runner improve their condition and avoid time-consuming and painful injuries.
